How we work

How a project actually runs.

Most agency process pages are five vague words with icons. Here is what actually happens, what we need from you, what you receive and roughly when.

    Assessment

    A few days

You send us your website and tell us what isn't working. We look at it properly; the structure, the speed, what you rank for, how leads currently arrive, and whether your tracking is telling you the truth.

What you get: Written findings: what's costing you, what's worth keeping, and what we'd do first. In plain language, not a 40-page automated PDF.

What it costs: Nothing, and there's no obligation. If the answer is that you don't need a new website, we'll say that; sometimes the right spend is tracking, or ads, or nothing at all.

  2. 02

    Scope

About a week, including a call

If it makes sense to work together, we write down exactly what we're building, what it costs, and how long it takes; before anything starts.

What you get: A scope document: pages, deliverables, what's included, what isn't, price, and timeline. No hourly surprises.

What we need from you: Decisions on which services you actually want more of. This is the most important input in the project, and the one only you can provide.

  3. 03

    Build

Four to eight weeks for most projects

We build it, and you see it as it goes; on a real URL, not in a slide deck. You can look at any point.

What you get: A working site you can review as it develops.

What we need from you: Content and photos. This almost always sets the pace. We write from your raw material, but nobody knows the work better than you do, and real photos of real jobs beat anything we could buy.

  4. 04

    Launch and measure

Launch day, plus a couple of weeks of monitoring

Tracking is verified before launch, not after. We check that a conversion means a real lead, that calls are attributed, and that nothing is double-counted. Performance is measured and recorded. If we are replacing an existing site, redirects are mapped one-to-one and Search Console is watched through the switch.

What you get: Access to everything; domain, code, analytics, tag manager, Search Console, ad account. In your name.

  5. 05

    After

    Ongoing, if you want it

Real data replaces assumptions. You find out which pages produce calls and which do not, and we adjust based on that instead of on opinion.

What you get: Ongoing work is month to month. No minimum term, and if you want to stop, everything keeps running because it is all in your accounts.

What we need from you

Projects stall for the same three reasons every time.

  1. Photos. The single most common delay. Phone photos of finished jobs are fine; better than stock, actually.
  2. Decisions about services. Which work do you want more of? Which would you rather stop doing? We cannot decide this for you.
  3. Access. Domain, hosting, analytics. If you do not have the logins, that is normal and solvable; but it takes time, so we start it early.

Everything else we can carry.

What we don't do

Stated so nobody spends a call finding out.

  • Branding, logo design, or visual identity work
  • Social media management
  • Content marketing as an ongoing retainer
  • Print, video production, or photography
  • Platform migrations to or from Shopify
  • Store setup from zero

We build websites, search visibility, tracking and the systems that connect them. Focus is the reason we're any good at those.

Questions

How long does a project take?

Four to eight weeks for most websites, set mainly by how quickly content and photos arrive. Recovering lost account access can add time at the start.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Project work is scoped and priced in writing. Ongoing work is month to month with no minimum term.

Who will I actually be talking to?

The people doing the work. We're remote-first and deliberately small; there's no account manager layer.

What if I do not like the design?

You'll have seen it long before launch. We build in the open specifically so there is no reveal moment where it is too late to change direction.

What happens if I want to stop halfway?

You keep what has been built and paid for. It is in your accounts and your repository.

Do you work with businesses outside Miami?

Yes; across the United States. We are remote-first.
