About

Who you're working with.

Novarius is a small, remote-first team that builds websites, search visibility and conversion tracking for service businesses across the United States. When you work with us, you talk to the people doing the work.

One connected system

  1. 01Website
  2. 02Visibility
  3. 03Tracking
  4. 04Follow-up

One thing, four parts

We build the system a local service business uses to get work: the website, the search visibility, the tracking that shows which marketing produced which job, and the follow-up that stops leads going cold.

We build all four because they only work connected. A fast website with no tracking can't prove it's working. Tracking with no visibility measures nothing. Visibility pointed at a page that doesn't convert wastes the traffic.

Most businesses buy these from separate vendors and end up with four suppliers pointing at each other. That's the problem we set out to remove.

What we build →

Small and remote-first, deliberately

We don't have an office and we're not going to imply we do. We work with clients across the US; Washington, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, California, Michigan and Florida among them; over calls, screen shares and email.

What that buys you: direct access to whoever is building your site. No account manager relaying questions, no handoff from the person who sold you the project to a team you never meet.

What it costs you: if working with a local agency in person matters, we're not the right fit. We'd rather say that now than three weeks in.

We work in English and Spanish.

Three things that shape how we work

  • 01

You should own what you paid for.

Every account is in your name; domain, code, analytics, ad account, CRM. It's common in this industry to build on a platform the client can't take with them, and we think that's the wrong way round. If you want to leave, you should be able to leave with everything, working.

    What you own →

  • 02

    Numbers should have sources.

We don't publish a metric we can't show you the method for. That applies to our own site, which is why our engineering page states the device, connection and date next to every measurement. If we won't fabricate our own numbers, you can reasonably trust the ones we report on yours.

  • 03

Say the thing that costs you the sale.

If your site is fine and the problem is tracking, we'll tell you. If ads suit you better than SEO right now, we'll tell you. If WordPress is the right tool for what you need, we'll tell you that too. It's a slower way to grow and it produces clients who stay.

What we've built

Our work is on the work page, including this site and the internal tools we've built for call attribution and Google Ads reporting.

Client case studies are published as each client approves them; we don't put a logo on a page without written permission.
