The short version
We collect what you send us through the contact form, plus anonymous analytics about how people use this site. We use it to reply to you and to improve the site. We don't sell it, we don't share it with anyone who isn't required to deliver the service, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how you found us.
Information collected automatically
This site uses analytics to understand how pages are used; which pages are visited, how long people stay, which links get clicked, and roughly where visitors are located. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
This site does not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party marketing scripts.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the assessment you asked for
- To follow up about a project you have started a conversation about
- To understand which pages are useful and which are not
- To detect and block spam submissions
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information, ever
- We don't share it with data brokers or advertising networks
- We don't add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form
- We don't use your enquiry as a case study or testimonial without asking you first, in writing
Who else sees it
Form submissions are handled by our hosting and email infrastructure and, where applicable, our customer relationship management system. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Analytics data is processed by our analytics provider in aggregate form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Use the contact form and say which of these you want. We will action it without asking why.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics may set a first-party cookie to distinguish returning visits. There is no consent banner because there is nothing non-essential to consent to.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited.
