Roofing leads come in bursts. Your site has to be ready.

Roofing demand isn't steady. It spikes after a storm, after a hurricane season, after the first hard rain following a dry spell; and it collapses in between. A site built for average traffic fails on exactly the days that matter.

Novarius builds websites, search visibility and call tracking as one system for US home service businesses. Everything is built in your accounts, under your name.

What makes roofing different

  • The demand curve is the whole problem

After a storm, everyone in the area searches at once. Whoever is visible and answers first books the work. A week later the surge is over. Your site has to convert at its best on a handful of unpredictable days a year.

  • The site loads slowest exactly when it's busiest

A traffic spike is when a heavy site becomes an unusable one; often on mobile data, in bad weather, on a degraded network.

  • Emergency and replacement are treated as one journey

Someone with water coming through a ceiling needs a phone number now. Someone comparing three quotes for a full replacement needs materials, warranty, financing and finished-job photos. One page serving both serves neither.

  • Insurance work isn't addressed

A large share of roofing work involves an insurance claim, and homeowners are anxious and uninformed about it. A page that explains the process plainly is a genuine differentiator, and almost nobody writes one.

  • Storm-chasers set the trust baseline

Homeowners in storm regions have been door-knocked by out-of-town crews. Local, licensed and insured needs to be provable on the site immediately; not claimed in a footer.

What we build

  • A fast emergency path; tap-to-call fixed on screen, no scrolling required
  • Separate paths for emergency repair and planned replacement
  • A page explaining the insurance claim process, plainly
  • Real finished-job photos, including in-progress and the unglamorous parts
  • Licensing, insurance and local presence placed at the point of hesitation
  • Speed that holds under a traffic spike; static pages do not degrade under load
  • Call tracking, so a storm-week surge can be attributed rather than guessed at
  • Landing pages ready before the season, not built during it

Build before the season, not during it

The worst time to rebuild a roofing site is the week a storm hits. Search visibility takes months to build; ad campaigns need tracking verified before spend; landing pages need testing while traffic is low enough to learn from.

If you are reading this during a slow stretch, that is the right time.

You own it.

Domain, site, ad account, call tracking numbers; in your name. Relevant in this trade specifically: storm-season lead vendors and leased-site arrangements are common, and the terms are frequently discovered late.

Questions

Why isn't my roofing website getting calls?

Common causes: the phone number is not tappable on mobile, emergency and replacement traffic share one page, the site is too slow on mobile data, or you are not visible for the searches that spike after weather events.

Should I run Google Ads for roofing?

Ads are one of the few channels that can respond to a demand spike within hours, which suits roofing well. They are also expensive in competitive markets and wasted entirely if the landing page and tracking are not right first. Fix those, then spend.

Do I need a page for every roofing material?

Only for the ones you actually want to sell. If metal roofing is where your margin is, build that page. Do not build twelve material pages nobody maintains.

How do I compete with storm-chasers?

By being findable and provably local before the storm, not during it. Local licensing, real local project photos, and a site that is already ranking when the surge happens.

Do you work with roofers outside Florida?

Yes. We are remote-first and work with businesses across the US.
