Industries; Restoration

When the damage happens, you have minutes.

Someone is standing in two inches of water at 11pm. They search on a phone, they call the first company that answers, and the job is gone by the time the second one calls back. Everything on your site has to serve that moment.

Novarius builds websites, search visibility and call tracking as one system for US home service businesses. Everything is built in your accounts, under your name.

What makes restoration different

  • The decision takes under a minute

This is not a considered purchase. There is no comparison shopping, no three quotes, no reading your About page. Tap-to-call has to be on screen the moment the page loads.

  • Sites are slowest when the network is worst

Storm, flood, power problems, degraded mobile signal. A heavy site fails exactly then.

  • "24/7 Emergency Service" isn't believed

Everyone claims it. Nobody proves it. If someone calls at 2am, does a person answer or does it go to voicemail? Saying what actually happens; and making it true; is a genuine differentiator.

  • The insurance question is left hanging

The biggest unanswered question in the trade. Will insurance cover this? Do you bill them directly? Do I pay the deductible? People are frightened of the cost before they are worried about the water.

  • Ad spend runs against broken tracking

Restoration is one of the most expensive categories in Google Ads and most leads are phone calls. If calls are not tracked, most of the spend is unattributable; and that is a lot of money to guess with.

What we build

  • Tap-to-call fixed on screen, always visible, first thing rendered
  • A page that loads on a bad connection; static, light, no dependency on scripts to show a phone number
  • An honest 24/7 statement: what actually happens when someone calls at 3am
  • A plain-language insurance page: coverage, direct billing, deductibles, documentation
  • Separate paths by damage type; water, fire, mould, storm
  • Real job photos, including mitigation in progress
  • Certifications shown where they exist
  • Call tracking on every source, because this is where the ad budget is decided

Where the money is in this trade

Restoration has among the highest costs per click in local services, and the majority of leads arrive by phone. That combination makes call tracking non-negotiable; without it, most of the spend cannot be attributed to anything.

The common failure is counting taps on a phone number as conversions. A tap is not a conversation. Someone can tap and hang up, or reach voicemail at 3am. If that counts as a lead, Google optimises toward producing more of it.

You own it.

Domain, site, ad account, conversion history, call tracking numbers; in your name. In a category with this cost per click, the conversion history is what the bidding has learned from. Losing it in an agency switch is a real and expensive cost.

Questions

How do I get more restoration leads?

Usually: be reachable in one tap, load fast on a bad connection, answer the insurance question, and track calls so ad spend goes where it works. Traffic is rarely the constraint; conversion and attribution usually are.

Should I run Google Ads for water damage?

It is one of the few channels that reaches someone at the moment of the emergency, so yes for most restoration businesses. But verify call tracking before you spend. Clicks in this category are expensive enough that untracked spend is a serious problem.

Do I need a separate page for each damage type?

For the ones you actively want: water, fire, mould, storm. Someone searching "mold remediation" and someone searching "water damage cleanup" are in different situations.

Should I explain insurance on my website?

Yes; it is the most common unanswered question in the trade and one of the strongest conversion assets available. Explain the process plainly and be clear about what you do and do not handle. Do not offer advice you are not licensed to give.

What about lead-buying services?

They produce volume, shared with competitors, at a cost that rises over time, and you own nothing at the end. A site and ad account you own has a higher upfront cost and a lower cost per job over time. Many restoration businesses run both while the owned channel matures.
